We are excited that you are considering D-Broft High School for your educational journey. Our admissions process is designed to identify students who will thrive in our challenging academic environment and contribute positively to our school community.

We welcome applications from students of all backgrounds and believe that diversity strengthens our learning community. Our holistic admissions process considers academic achievement, character, leadership potential, and commitment to personal growth.

Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Complete the online application form with all required information including academic history, extracurricular activities, and personal statement.

Deadline: March 1st for Fall admission

Step 2: Required Documents

Submit official transcripts, standardized test scores, letters of recommendation, and any additional required materials.

Documents needed within 2 weeks of application

Step 3: Interview

Participate in a personal interview with our admissions team to discuss your goals, interests, and fit with our school community.

Scheduled after application review

Step 4: Decision

Receive your admissions decision and enrollment information. Accepted students will receive detailed next steps and orientation information.

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA from previous school
  • Completion of 8th grade or equivalent
  • Standardized test scores (if available)
  • English proficiency for international students
  • Strong academic performance in core subjects

Academic Excellence Scholarship

Up to $5,000 annually for students with outstanding academic records (3.8+ GPA)

Leadership Scholarship

Up to $3,000 annually for students demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities

Need-Based Aid

Financial Assistance Program

Sliding scale tuition reduction based on family income and circumstances

Emergency Aid Fund

Short-term assistance for families experiencing unexpected financial hardship

Special Programs

STEM Scholarship

$2,000 annually for students pursuing STEM Academy programs

Arts Scholarship

$1,500 annually for students with exceptional talent in visual or performing arts

Work-Study

Student Assistant Program

Part-time work opportunities on campus to help offset tuition costs

Community Service Scholarship

$1,000 credit for students completing 100+ hours of community service
